core elements
of African Graffiti
Karibu Jiji.
Meaning welcome to Nairobi; this was a mural done collaboratively by BSQ Crew members Swift 9, Nyekks, Kaymist, Msale, and Thufu to represent what they view Nairobi as at that time. This mural has appeared in music videos of Nyasinski, Fena, and Safaricom, Royco advertisement. It was a revolution of street art in Kenya.
